NORTHERN CALIFORNIA LDC

November 14th, 2017, Foothill College, Los Altos
Competition. Leadership. Entrepreneurship. What else could you ask for from an awesome 2017 NorCal LDC? This year California DECA was blessed to have incredible speakers and presenters lead our members in fulfilling their limitless possibilities at NorCal LDC. Members from around Northern California gathered for a day of networking and learning in the Champ Camp, the ELEVATE workshop, and the DECA Garage!
The Champ Camp was led by renowned Curtis Haley, a former DECA Executive President and a four-time ICDC winner. He did an amazing job inspiring everyone to find their self-confidence and get excited to compete at the year’s coming district conferences. Filled with hilarious stories and invaluable competition tips, Champ Camp attendees are sure to shine in competition.

SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA LDC

November 28th, 2017: UC Irvine, Irvine
The 2017 SoCal LDC kicked off to a great start as members from all across Southern California attended in pursuit of the limitless opportunities that awaited them. Members were immersed in the fun and exciting workshops, amazing opportunities to network with other SoCal chapters, and laughter filled team activities throughout the day. Two tracks were available to members, Elevate for officers and Champ Camp for members, both energizing members with interactive experiences.
Leading this year’s workshops were Chris Tuason and former Texas DECA State Officer Hayden Pfaff. Officers in the Elevate program soared to new heights as Chris launched off awesome activities like tower building and paper plane making. Hayden led the Champ Camp workshop with a fun and joyful attitude, bringing on amazing laughter and excitement from members over unique role play tips and tricks. No matter what track each member took, everyone was ready for limitless year ahead.
